Compensation:
$42,000 - $47,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly
- Maintain and ensure that each site is well stocked, order supplies, and arrange the product delivery
- Ensure high guest satisfaction in all service areas by managing and directing staff
- Handle all aspects of personnel including overseeing, scheduling shifts and training hotel staff for better compliance and productivity
- Set performance goals and encourage team members to achieve these goals
- Prior experience working with Marriott branded properties in a similar capacity is preferred
Qualifications:-
Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience of 2 or more years managing staff is required
- Prior hospitality experience is required, as well as the ability to perform different hotel employee roles
