Cafe 160 is an independent, locally sourced eatery in the Serra Mesa business park area. We are looking for a friendly, experienced line cook to join our small team of 5 people. We are open Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 2:00 pm and the position will be scheduled from Monday - Friday 7:00 - 2:30. This position will be responsible for making breakfast bowls/burritos, lunch bowls/burritos, cleaning/dishes and closing the cafe everyday. A minimum of one year kitchen experience and a basic understanding of cooking and food prep/knife skills are required. Experience preparing and cooking meals from start to finish as well as the ability to prioritize orders and cook multiple items at once is a must. We are a tight team and it's important that we get someone who works well with others and can maintain a positive, professional attitude, as well as provide friendly and prompt customer service.
