Job Description:
The Safety Coordinator responsibilities include ensuring a safe and compliant work environment by implementing and maintaining workplace safety programs, conducting inspections and audits, promoting OSHA compliance, investigating incidents, and fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. This role partners with management and employees to identify hazards, reduce risks, deliver safety training, and support continuous improvement initiatives that protect employees and company operations.
Pay Range: $35.00 - $35.00 per hour
Shift: Inquire about shift availability
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Conduct daily safety inspections and audits.
-Ensure OSHA compliance throughout the facility.
-Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training.
-Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
-Track corrective actions and safety metrics.
-Maintain safety records and documentation.
-Assist management in developing and implementing safety programs.
-Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Job Requirements:
-OSHA 30 Certification required.
-Minimum of 2 years of safety experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, construction, or industrial environments.
-Experience conducting safety audits and inspections.
-Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards.
-Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
-Strong communication, presentation, and employee training skills.
-Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Bonus Eligibility:
