About CHARM
Since 2011, CHARM has been Austin's premier destination for non-surgical musculoskeletal care — where cutting-edge interventional pain management, regenerative medicine, and functional rehabilitation work together under one roof. Our integrated medical and therapy team includes physiatrists, regenerative medicine physicians, physician assistants, and physical therapists who collaborate daily to unlock each patient's healing potential and restore their capacity to return to living at their highest level.
"Our goal for every patient relationship is to release the barriers, balance the body, and empower each individual's innate capacity to heal, build, and perform."
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our therapy team alongside Michele Harris PT, Christian Wells PT, DPT, and Harmoni Weber PT, DPT. Every session at CHARM is 1:1, beginning with a thorough functional assessment focused on the patient's personal goals. You will use CHARM's specialized toolkit — together with your own unique expertise — including the Redcord Neurac® Method, Neubie® direct current stimulation, Microcurrent Point Stimulation, Class IV Laser Therapy, and corrective exercise programming — to guide patients from pain to performance. You will also collaborate closely with our medical team on patients receiving interventional pain management and regenerative therapies such as PRP, platelet lysate, and bone marrow-derived stem cell treatment, contributing to truly integrated care plans.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive functional assessments to identify root causes of pain and movement dysfunction
- Deliver individualized 1:1 sessions utilizing CHARM's specialized modalities alongside your own clinical strengths
- Integrate Redcord Neurac®, Neubie®, MPS, PRI, laser, and therapeutic vibration into personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and physician assistants on pre- and post-interventional pain management and regenerative procedure protocols
- Design and instruct corrective exercise programs patients can use independently for life
- Support specialty programs: postpartum wellness, sports performance, EDS, scar release, peripheral neuropathy, and more
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team case reviews
Qualifications
- DPT from an accredited program required; new graduates with passion and an open mind are warmly encouraged to apply
- Current Texas license or eligibility to obtain
- Experience or interest in pain science, neuromuscular re-education, and corrective exercise
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management
- Interest in or training in Postural Restoration (PRI), dry needling, or functional movement a strong plus
- Interest in or familiarity with Redcord Neurac®, NeuFit® electrical stimulation and MPS a plus — but not required
- Curiosity about interventional pain management, regenerative medicine, and integrative care models
- Exceptional communication and patient education skills
- Self-directed, collaborative, and committed to lifelong learning

Why Join the CHARM Team?
Prior experience with CHARM's specific modalities is not a prerequisite for this role. What we value most is a strong clinical foundation, an open and curious mind, and the desire to add exceptional tools to an already accomplished skill set. Our team is committed to providing thorough onboarding, hands-on mentorship, and dedicated time for training in CHARM's specialized techniques.
We believe that learning is most powerful when it flows in both directions. The knowledge, perspective, and clinical experience you bring are genuinely valued here — and will meaningfully shape how our practice continues to grow. CHARM is a place where professional development is a shared commitment, peer collaboration is the norm, and every team member's contribution elevates the whole.
