Position Overview
LFG Compounding is seeking highly motivated, relationship-driven pharmaceutical sales representatives to develop and grow strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, wellness clinics, telemedicine companies, medical practices, and specialty healthcare organizations.
The ideal candidate possesses strong healthcare sales experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an established network within the wellness, hormone optimization, functional medicine, weight loss, and concierge medicine markets.
This is a performance-based opportunity with substantial income potential for professionals who can successfully generate and manage clinic relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new clinic partnerships
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and educate them regarding available compounding formulations and capabilities.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations
- Build relationships with:
- Wellness Clinics
- Functional Medicine Practices
- Telemedicine Companies
- Hormone Optimization Clinics
- Weight Loss Providers
- Concierge Medical Practices
- Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant-owned clinics
- Educate providers on LFG’s customized compounding capabilities
- Coordinate onboarding of new clinic accounts
Products & Services
Representatives will promote:
- Weight management therapies
- Hormone replacement therapies (HRT/TRT)
- Men’s and women’s health solutions
- Patient specific compounded medications
- Customized compounded preparations prepared pursuant to valid prescriptions and provider needs
QualificationsRequired
- 2+ years healthcare sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation for field visits
- Professional presentation skills
Preferred
- Compounding pharmacy sales experience
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Demonstrated experience working with medical providers and staff
- Knowledge of weight loss, peptide, and hormone therapeutics
- Experience with wellness or functional medicine clinics
- CRM proficiency
Compensation StructureIndependent Contractor (1099)
