Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual
(Spanish/ English) Care Manager Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience in care management and a strong background in care management, undergoing audits, ensuring compliance, and care management documentation. The supervisor will also carry a caseload of their own.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support care management staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
- Oversee daily operations, caseloads, and care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with state, Health Home, and organizational standards.
- Prepare for and lead the team through audits and regulatory reviews.
- Provide staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience as a Care Manager in a Bilingual population of children (preferably as a Supervisor).
- Compliance experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of care coordination, case management, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master's Degree preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 per year
