We’re looking for a dependable Shop Hand to help with cleanup, material prep, and general shop support. Must be ready to work hard and take pride in the job.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the shop by organizing tools and materials.
- Support welders with repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Help with assembly tasks for custom fabrication projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
