Scheduling trainings, tracking training dates, and coordinating arrangements for speakers, sites, and materials for ongoing staff training.
Working with the Recruitment Specialist to onboard new hires smoothly and coordinate with program management on start dates.
Providing and scheduling orientation for new hires, including required trainings such as Medication Administration, CPR/First Aid, Ethics of Touch, and ODP-required topics.
Chairing the Residential Services Training Committee to plan, monitor, and improve training programs.
Maintaining training records, including College of Direct Support (CDS) and Praesidium Academy databases.
Ensuring compliance with Waiver and ODP-required trainings.
Recommending or creating new training content to meet organizational needs.
Coordinating monthly trainings for Residential Supervisors.
Leading Residential Services events such as the annual picnic, holiday celebration, and other special events.
Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate evening trainings and events.
