Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
The HVAC Technician will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
Duties
- Maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, VAV, ERV, and more.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of heating and cooling systems.
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC equipment.
- Conduct field service calls to diagnose issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with design teams to build custom HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service operations.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for equipment repair.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in equipment repair.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a background in field service work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the job site.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for transport to job sites.
- Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
