Responsibilities

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service environments
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, food handling, and sanitation standards
- Experience with menu planning and meal assembly in a restaurant or catering setting
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Background in dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
