Location: This Leasing Agent position is based in Bloomington, IN for an Apartment community.
Must be able to start immediately!

Job Duties
- Conduct sales and lease closings including home move-in checklists
- Monitor homes for readiness
- Manage and upload photos and descriptions of community vacant homes Lease rental inventory to qualified applicants
- Evaluate potential inventory purchases for Management review
- Review inventory for refurb needs
- Creates and places effective advertising as directed by Management
- Perform sales office duties as directed by Management
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
- Tracks and follow ups with all prospective residents
- Create and maintain a positive Community environment
- Communicate policies and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $16 an hour; weekly pay.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
