B-Ready Academy is a thriving, inclusive microschool in Boca Raton, FL, currently serving grades K–5. We are seeking a passionate, patient, and creative Special Education Teacher to join our growing team! Our K–2 students are high-energy, active, and expressive learners. They love movement, thrive in inclusive classrooms, and bring so much joy and curiosity to their days. These early learners need someone who can match their energy, build structure with flexibility, and lead with heart.
Our 3–5 students are deep thinkers, curious explorers, and natural joke-tellers who will keep you on your toes. They love to question the “why” behind everything, crack jokes mid-lesson, and share their dreams for the future. It’s a magical group that will teach you just as much as you teach them.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a warm, flexible, team-oriented educator who truly enjoys helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, organized, and passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for every child. You are organized but flexible, loving but firm, and committed to helping each student grow in their own unique way. You know how to manage a small group, meet diverse learning needs, and keep joy at the center of learning.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualized and engaging lesson plans
- Support students with diverse learning profiles and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, families, and support staff
- Modify curriculum and classroom strategies based on student needs
- Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Track student progress and maintain communication with families
- Utilize behavioral and academic interventions to promote student success

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- 2+ years of classroom teaching or instructional experience
- Experience with IEPs, differentiated instruction, or inclusive practices preferred
- Teaching certification preferred for K–5; not required for Learning Guides
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children with diverse learning needs
- Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, developmental delays, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges
- Patient, flexible, energetic, and team-oriented personality
- ABA experience or knowledge is a plus
