We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Manager to support our transportation operations in a fast-paced office.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative duties.
- Answer phones, emails, and assist customers professionally.
- Communicate regularly with drivers, customers, vendors, and management.
- Schedule and coordinate call center staff.
- Verify completed driver trips for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide basic cashiering assistance, including processing payments and receipts when needed.
- Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office.
- Troubleshoot Windows PCs, Android devices, Bluetooth accessories, printers, and common software issues.
- Maintain office records, supplies, and confidential information.
- Run pre-written database queries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, Wi-Fi, and Internet connectivity.
- Basic knowledge of Android devices, application troubleshooting, and Bluetooth connectivity.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of databases.
