About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting, and innovative Sales & Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a position for someone who waits to be told what to do. We are looking for a driven individual who thrives on creating opportunities, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling prospective clients, qualifying leads, explaining engagement agreements, collecting retainers, and helping drive revenue growth. In addition, we want someone who can think outside the box and proactively develop new strategies to generate leads and improve business processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospective clients and leads.
- Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities.
- Present company services and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Review and explain engagement agreements to prospective clients.
- Collect retainers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Use AI tools and modern software to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Develop creative lead generation strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes and conversion rates.
- Track activities, conversations, and results within CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Comfortable handling objections and closing deals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other business software is highly preferred.
- Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to help generate leads and grow the business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
