We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators / Material Handlers for a leading international spice distributor and 3PL warehouse in Commerce, CA. This position is ideal for candidates who are flexible, safety-conscious, and willing to assist with general warehouse duties as needed.Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate multiple types of forklifts and powered industrial equipment.
- Load, unload, move, stage, and store products throughout the warehouse.
- Operate all classes of warehouse equipment (A–D certification/experience preferred).
- Assist with shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory movements.
- Perform general labor duties when forklift operation is not required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Qualifications
- Recent forklift experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment.
- Experience operating all classes of forklifts (A–D) preferred.
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or 3PL experience required.
- Experience in a food-grade or spice distribution environment is a plus.
- Comfortable performing general labor and material handling duties as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Strong attention to safety, reliability, and attendance.
Requirements
- Available to work 1st or 2nd shift, with overtime as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
