Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Bartending in Stadium Premium Seating locations during USC Home Football Games
- Cleaning and maintenance of all inventory
- Manage point of sale and cash handling for all cash bars, as needed
- Set-up & break-down stationary bars using appropriate linens and equipment
- Stock bars accurately and maintain stock throughout event
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for patrons
- Assess customers’ needs/preferences and make recommendations
- Serve responsibly and in compliance with all South Carolina laws and regulations.
- Reconcile cash & credit card sales upon shut-down of bar
- Work in a safe and sanitary manner at all times
- Additional duties as assigned by manager
- Qualifications
- Must be able to commit to all USC Home Games: 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, 10/3, 10/24, 11/7, 11/21, regardless of scheduled kickoff and game length.
- Must be able to pass a SLED background check.
- Must possess a valid South Carolina Alcohol Server Training Certification obtained after 1/1/26.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel and guests
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, reach, and twist
- Must be able to wake up early, arrive on time and stay late (as needed)
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 per hour
