Job Types: Part-time & Full-time available
Schedule: Hybrid with a mix of onsite & remote
Locations available: Let us know which locations you're interested in! You can pick one or multiple sites that fit your desired work days/hours per week.
- Los Angeles, near Gardena (available options: 2 days, 3 days, or 5 days a week)
- Santa Monica (12 hours per week)
- North Hollywood (1 day per week)

What You’ll Do
Working in skilled nursing and rehabilitation is a nice environment if you like using your MNT clinical skills without the stress of a hospital setting. It is a great balance of having flexibility in your schedule and seeing a wide variety of patients of all ages. The schedule is flexible, and you have control over how you organize your time and complete assessments.
Your responsibilities include:
- Complete nutrition assessments for new admissions and annuals
- Monitor significant weight changes and help set weight goals
- Conduct monthly follow-ups for residents with dialysis, tube feedings or wounds
- Provide diet education and counseling as needed (materials provided)
- Collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes

Who You Are
- Credentialed Registered Dietitian(RD/RDN) with an active California license
- Organized, dependable, and computer-savvy
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Can work well independently as a self starter and occasionally with the healthcare team
- Some clinical experience preferred
