Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Non-Sterile Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing non-sterile medications, while maintaining high quality standards and safety protocols.
Duties
- Prepare and dispense non-sterile medications accurately following pharmacy protocols and state regulations
- Assist with medication intake, inventory management, and stock replenishment to ensure medication availability
- Support the pharmacy team with drug regulation compliance, including proper documentation and record-keeping
- Perform medication labeling, packaging, and distribution for patient use in accordance with SOPs
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques during medication handling and compounding procedures when necessary
Experience
- Prior pharmacy technician experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred
- LTC (Long-Term Care) pharmacy experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with specialized medication needs for chronic care patients
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, including state and federal pharmacy laws and drug regulation standards
- Experience with Non-Sterile Compounding
- Proven ability to work within high paced pharmacy environments while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety standards

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
