About the Role:
The Operations Logistics Lead, Journeyman plans, directs, or coordinates the operations of public or private sector organizations, overseeing multiple departments or locations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Usually manages through subordinate supervisors. Excludes First-Line Supervisors. Other duties may be assigned.
This is an on-site position in Orange Park, FL.
Pay is commensurate with experience, with a typical range of $50,000-$75,000 for this role.

Must haves:
EDUCATION
A BA/BS degree in Business, Managerial Discipline, or other relevant business-related discipline.
Allowable Substitution: Six (6) years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. OR. Four (4) years’ additional work experience plus an associate’s degree may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
EXPERIENCE
At least three (3) years’ experience in supply chain/logistics.
At least three (3) years’ experience in SAP/Navy ERP.
Applicants must be able to obtain a security clearance.
Nice to have:
Completion of CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities (IS030.CU) coursework.
Completion of CDSE Insider Threat for Industry Curriculum (INT333.CU) coursework.
Comprehensive knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
