About the Role
We are a specialized, detail-oriented drywall company focusing strictly on high-end residential remodeling, custom additions, and seamless repairs. We don't do massive, rushed production hanging. We focus on premium quality, invisible patches, and a "zero-mess" standard for our clients.
We are looking for a Lead Finisher / Repair Specialist who treats drywall like an art form. If you take pride in matching complex textures perfectly, keeping a spotless job site, and running a project smoothly from start to finish without someone breathing down your neck, you’ll fit right in here.
What You’ll Do
- Precision Execution: Handle residential remodels and patch/repair work from start to finish (hang, finish, blend, sand).
- Texture Matching Mastery: Seamlessly match existing finishes including orange peel, knockdown, skip trowel, and slick smooth wall.
- Maintain the Standard: Keep a clean, contained work area (plastic containment, masking, floor protection) to protect occupied high-end homes.
- Work Independently: Read a job scope, manage your time efficiently, and deliver flawless results on schedule.
What We Are Looking For
- The Skillset: Minimum 5+ years of professional finishing experience. You must be able to light up a wall, spot imperfections, and fix them before the paint goes on.
- The Eye for Detail: "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary. You care about straight beads, flat joints, and perfect texture transitions.
- Professionalism: Clean-cut, reliable, and comfortable communicating professionally with homeowners if needed.
- Gear & Setup: Must have your own reliable transportation and a solid set of your own hand tools. (Experience with automatic tools/bazookas is a major plus, but not required).
- Reliability: You show up when you say you will, and you do what you say you’re going to do.
