What you'll be doing
You're the head coach. You'll run your own work alongside a superintendent, managing schedules, writing and coordinating contracts across 30-plus trades, resolving sub disputes, and dealing directly with clients and owners.
Projects range from a few million up to $25M. You'll typically carry one or two of the larger ones, or around three smaller jobs at a time. The variety keeps you sharp instead of stuck on the same copy-paste build year after year.
Where you'll be doing it
A respected Omaha general contractor with a genuinely collaborative culture. People always bouncing ideas off each other and pulling the same direction. Hard work and real pressure, but room to breathe. This is a team that takes care of its people, not just in word but in practice.
What you'll need
- Minimum of 3 years in the GC business, but a Sr. PM is always open to apply - compensation is flexible depending on experience.
- A track record running the whole project, not a single segment
- Project diversity a plus — retail, higher ed, medical, and beyond
- Agility to juggle multiple jobs when several go hot

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
