Join our team and help make every guest's visit to Two Rivers Campground & Tubing a memorable one!
We're looking for a friendly, dependable individual to join our front desk and guest services team. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced seasonal environment, and takes pride in delivering a warm, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in arriving guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Check guests out and process transactions at the campground store
- Help guests make reservations on CampSpot (you will be trained on this)
- Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests
- Stock and maintain the campground store
- Assist with light food prep and ice cream service
- Keep the store and front desk area clean and organized
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Able to learn how to make and change reservations on the computer
- Comfortable handling cash and basic point-of-sale transactions
- Reliable and punctual — our guests are counting on a smooth arrival experience
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays (4th of July and Labor Day weekends are our busiest times of year)
What We Offer:
- End of season bonus equivalent of $1.00–$1.25/hr for each hour worked
- Workcampers welcome — bring your own RV and receive a free full-hookup site and free laundry (workamper pay rate is $15/hr; listed rate applies to local non-RV employees)
This position is open to candidates who live within approximately 45 minutes of Royalton, MN, or who wish to live on-site in a well-maintained RV. No car or tent camping for employees.
