American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Clinic RN with a NM or compact RN license and at least two years of nursing experience for a 13-week assignment.

Outpatient clinic setting providing nursing services across a variety of care areas
-
Handles walk-in and telephone triage for patients
-
Coordinates patient care through collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team
-
Performs case management based on PCP panels in collaboration with network providers, including nurse visits and telephone management
-
Schedule consists of 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week, totaling 40 hours weekly

Active NM or compact RN license required
-
Current BLS certification required

Minimum of two years of nursing experience required

ADN or ASN from an accredited nursing program required

Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents individualized patient care
-
Delegates or assigns aspects of patient care to healthcare team members based on validated competency

Documents care within scope of practice

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position

Candidates who previously worked as permanent staff must wait one year before being reconsidered as a traveler
