IT Operations Project Manager - onsite 5 days at Irving, TX
2–5 years of ITSM or IT Operations experience. (non negotiable)
- ITIL Foundation certified (or very close to certification if the client is flexible).
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Change module, not just Incident Management.
- Has participated in or coordinated CAB meetings.
- Managed the full lifecycle of Change Requests (RFCs).
- Comfortable reviewing documentation, enforcing compliance, and pushing changes back when they're incomplete.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data comparison).
- Can communicate confidently with technical teams and leadership.
- Local to the DFW area and willing to work onsite in Irving.
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
