Hours and pay are extremely flexible. We hire based on personality, not based on experience. Start date is also extremely flexible. We will hire when we find a perfect fit.

Lakeview Dental is a Fee-For-Service practice, which means that our treatment plans and costs are not dictated by insurance. Our decision-making is purely patient-driven.
Our office is searching for a Dental Hygienist to perform cleanings of all kinds and serve our patients. The ideal candidate will enjoy working and improving efficiency. A great day for them would be when they were able to go above and beyond to help a patient overcome their anxiety or feel understood. We do not tolerate drama in the office and seek to have positive communication and mutual support for the back and the front.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Teeth Cleanings
- Diagnose & Perform Periodontal Therapy
- Apply flouride and sealants
- Develop rapport with patients
- Imaging as needed
- Educate patients on oral health and home care
- Dental Charting in Open Dental
- Inventory Management
- Equipment Maintenance
- Support other team members
Requirements:
- Hygienist License
- X-ray certification
- Spanish is a plus
Pay: $45.00 - $90.00 per hour
