Position Summary
We're seeking a professional, safety-focused Party Bus Driver to join our growing team. As the face of our company, you'll safely transport guests while delivering an exceptional customer experience from pickup to drop-off.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Drivers are scheduled based on client bookings, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking flexible, supplemental income.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company party buses for private charters and special events.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for each event.
- Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled booking.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with boarding and exiting the vehicle when needed.
- Maintain a safe environment for all passengers throughout each trip.
- Communicate effectively with management before, during, and after events.
- Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and traffic laws.
- Report vehicle concerns, incidents, or accidents immediately.
- Represent the Life of the Party Bus brand with professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL).
- Passenger (P) endorsement required or ability to obtain prior to employment, if applicable.
- Clean driving record with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must meet company insurance eligibility requirements.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Minimum age of 25 years (or as required by company insurance).
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Houston operations location.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events.
- Comfortable assisting guests with boarding and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience throughout each trip.
- Previous experience driving passenger buses, charter buses, motor coaches, limousines, or commercial vehicles is preferred but not required.

Important Information
This is a 1099 independent contractor position and is not a full-time or part-time employee role.
Drivers accept assignments based on availability and business needs. Contractors are responsible for their own tax withholdings and will receive a 1099 tax form at year-end.
