Cedars Resort is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience. Housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect while enjoying beautiful views along Oak Creek.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to resort standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop guest rooms and common areas.
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
- Report maintenance concerns, lost and found items, and safety issues.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, supply closets, and work areas in an organized manner.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room assignments while maintaining quality.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
