We have an immediate opening for a full-time Project Technician. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. Our Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour and is based on your work experience and skills.
The Project Technician supports property maintenance and improvement through skilled construction, landscaping, and irrigation tasks. This role involves hands-on work to ensure buildings and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The technician manages repairs, plant care, and irrigation systems while adhering to safety standards in various environments.
Responsibilities

Perform building repairs and property updates

Install, inspect, and repair sprinkler and watering systems

Operate hand and power tools safely

Preferred Qualifications

3+ year's experience in general construction

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of general construction, landscaping, and irrigation systems
