Industrial Metal Stamper looking for a QC Inspector with a REQUIRED 2 years experience to inspect metal parts ensuring that all products meet company & customer quality standards and specifications.
Required
1. Minimum 2 years experience as a QC inspector for metal products
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality tests with calipers, micrometers & blueprints to ensure product standards and reliability.
- Maintain records of inspections and test results.
- Perform calibration and maintenance on equipment used in inspections
- Document and report any discrepancies or defects.
- Communicate with production team & engineers
Qualifications
- Proficient in blueprint reading and dimensional inspection techniques
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Skilled in using calipers and micrometers for precise measurements
- Understanding of quality assurance practices and relevant manufacturing processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
