What You'll Do
As a Repair Technician, you'll work inside one of our retail stores helping customers stay connected by repairing smartphones, tablets, computers, game consoles, and other consumer electronics. You'll be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service while performing high-quality repairs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, game consoles, and other electronics
- Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in through repair completion
- Explain repair options and technical issues in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
- Recommend accessories and protection products that enhance the customer experience
- Meet or exceed repair quality and customer satisfaction goals
- Accurately manage repairs using our point-of-sale and repair management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy and safeguard customer devices
- Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
- Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude and convert inquiries into store visits
- Represent CPR Cell Phone Repair's core values in every customer interaction
Compensation & Benefits
- $13.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications
- Previous electronics repair or soldering experience preferred (not required—we will train the right candidate)
- At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
