Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Telemetry assignment in Ganado, Arizona. This opportunity offers a unique 7-on/7-off schedule, allowing for an excellent work-life balance while providing high-quality patient care in a critical access hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will have strong Med Tele experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while caring for a diverse patient population.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical Telemetry patients.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately.
Interpret cardiac telemetry monitoring and respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.

36 Guaranteed Hours per Week
7 Days On / 7 Days Off Schedule
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 4:1
Opportunities for overtime may be available but are not guaranteed
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous Medical Telemetry experience required
Current BLS certification
ACLS certification preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
