Kawaii Kravings is looking for a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Boba Barista to join our team! This is an entry-level position, so no previous experience is required—we’ll provide all the training you need. If you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment, making delicious drinks, and creating great customer experiences, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare boba teas, specialty beverages, and other menu items according to company recipes.
- Cook and prepare boba pearls, jellies, and other drink toppings.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
- Restock ingredients, cups, lids, straws, and other supplies throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and help rotate inventory.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and preparing the station for the next shift.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Assist with light food preparation and support team members as needed.
- Report inventory shortages, equipment issues, or customer concerns to management.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required—paid training provided.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Food Handler Certification is preferred but can be obtained after hire if required.
