High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse setting.

Inventory control experience preferred.

The Warehouse Clerk completes work orders within the software program, assigning bin location, labels and physically places the inventory into the inventory location. Maintains inventory cycle counts and verifies inventory. Pull orders from inventory for shipping.

Puts inventory into physical locations and/or readies it to be shipped to the customer.

Assembles containers as required according to the customer for storage in bin locations.

Inserts items into containers, using spacers, fillers, and protective padding.

Binds containers with tape, shrink wrap, strapping or other available material.

Physically counts items to be put away.

Affixes labels on packed cartons identifying information, using available equipment and customer specifications.

Picks orders from inventory for shipment.

Operates appropriate equipment to move, convey or hoist pallets/boxes to/from the warehouse location.

Cycle counts by verifying remaining balances of inventory after pulling stock for orders and when completing work orders.

Ability to become certified as a forklift operator.

Ability to work proficiently in Outlook, Excel and Word.

Ability to learn quickly and become proficient with in-house software applications as well as shipping applications.
