JOB POSITION: Advanced Practice Provider
CLASSIFICATION: Nonexempt
The Advanced Practice Provider is a subject matter expert in nonsurgical pain management. This individual provides consultative services to HPM patients in the medical management of nonsurgical pain care.
REPORTING: The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Chief Academic Officer
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Complete Provider training and development
- Role model and live the company values and behaviors. Know the company vision, mission, goals and objectives and continually communicate and reinforce these to Team Members.
- Complete HPM apprenticeship program to ensure the achievement of didactic competency.
- Be willing to provide virtual training and mentoring for the HPM U Apprenticeship Program.
- Provides educational lectures at HPM-sponsored training events.
- Act as an educator and customer service liaison for HPM.
- Provides clinical consultation for post-graduate providers.
- Participates in clinical quality reviews and provides consolatory feedback to improve clinical outcomes.
- Be willing to travel to HPM sites in the region.

EXPERIENCE: 2 years working in a clinic setting as an APP preferred, New-grads welcome to apply
EDUCATION: Minimum Master-level degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
