Location: Onsite – Delaware, Ohio
Salary: $110,000 – $125,000
The CFO partners closely with the CEO to lead financial strategy, operational excellence, and organizational planning. As a key member of the executive team, this role oversees finance and administrative functions while supporting board engagement and long-term sustainability.

Advise CEO on financial and operational strategy

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning

Support board reporting and finance/audit committees

Drive cross-functional alignment across administrative functions

Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls

Oversee audits, tax filings, and financial systems

Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality standards

Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, and data security

Manage facilities, capital projects, and vendor relationships

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business related

7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience

Experience across finance, HR, IT, and operations preferred
