Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple job sites to perform installation, assembly, and finishing tasks according to project specifications and blueprints.
- Interpret technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute installations such as decking, doors, and flooring.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks including tile laying, concrete finishing, roof covering, and framing.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements.
- Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate placement of materials and fixtures.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues onsite, and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including measurements, modifications, and any site-specific notes for quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction management, construction estimating or related fields with a strong foundation in building material installation. (Not Required)
- Open to Air Travel to meet with a team onsite. (Real ID a Plus)
- Hands-on experience with construction inspection, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in various trades including carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), caulking, flooring installation.
- Ability to operate power tools safely as well as heavy equipment when necessary.
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to adhere strictly to safety guidelines during travel and onsite work.
- Excellent dimensional measurement skills with a keen eye for detail; comfortable working with complex plans and specifications.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members across different locations.
- Valid driver’s license with; willingness to travel across multiple sites is essential.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
