Our firm is growing and seeking a Construction Superintendent to support Project Managers with the day-to-day execution of residential remodeling projects. This role is ideal for a Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or hands-on Superintendent looking to grow into a Project Manager position over time.

What You Will Accomplish

Support Project Manager with day-to-day jobsite execution

Assist with scheduling subcontractors according to construction schedule

Help manage jobsite quality control and workmanship standards

Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and cleanliness
-
Assist with jobsite prep and protection prior to construction

Coordinate material deliveries and staging
-
Track project progress, photos, and updates through company systems

Assist with punch list management and project close-out
-
Help identify scope changes and field conditions
-
Communicate with subcontractors to keep projects moving forward

Assist with scheduling inspections and ensuring compliance

Perform light carpentry and finishing work as needed

Assist with takeoffs and material planning

Follow company processes and systems for project execution
Skillset
-
Framing, trim, and finish carpentry
-
Cabinet installation and punch-out work
-
Decks, porches, and small structural work
-
Jobsite prep and protection

Quality control and punch list completion

Working with multiple subcontractor trades

Ability to read plans and scopes

Strong attention to detail
Requirements
-
3+ years in residential construction or remodeling
-
Experience in high-end residential remodeling (kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations) preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain finish-level quality standards in occupied homes

Experience working in client-facing residential renovation environments

Experience working on active residential job sites

Strong organizational and communication skills

Mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency

Ability to safely navigate active construction sites

Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset

Reliable transportation (travel between job sites required)
