Position Overview:
An Outpatient Physical Therapist develops and implements individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, or pulmonary conditions. They assess patients, provide hands-on therapy, educate patients and families, and monitor progress. They also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and maintain accurate patient records. Creates individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals, incorporating various physical therapy techniques. Maintains accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, evaluation reports, and discharge summaries.
Qualifications:
- Lymphedema Specialty
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
- Strong commitment to patient success and enhancing patient experience.
- Passionate about the physical therapy profession and dedicated to achieving better patient outcomes.
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills.
