Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker tools and inventory management software
- Organize stock in designated areas, ensuring proper stocking procedures and adherence to trade compliance and international trade regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to uphold inventory accuracy and support stock replenishment efforts.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and assisting with order inquiries or issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and e-commerce fulfillment is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry and stock management tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service initiatives.
