We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our incredible team! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s passionate about early childhood education and wants to be part of a supportive, creative, and hands-on learning environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading a classroom of 3 and 4 year-old children with warmth, patience, and joy.

Creating engaging weekly lesson plans and fun, developmentally appropriate circle times, art and science projects.

Using Teaching Strategies to observe and assess children and their development.

Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
Supporting each child's growth and learning through play, routine, and positive guidance.

Someone who enjoys a balance of structure and creativity.

Minimum Level 3 on Colorado Shines PDIS is required, or able to receive in 3 months.

Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.

At least one year of experience working in a childcare setting is required.

Experience leading a childcare classroom is strongly preferred.

Ability to pass a background check.

High school diploma or GED required.
Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule:
-
Full-time, year-round position.
-
Four 10-hour days (Saturdays and Sundays off with an additional day off during the week).
Open hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM.
