Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics Operations
Inbound Material Handling & Receipt
-
Receive and inspect inbound materials, verifying accuracy, condition, and documentation.

Ensure compliant handling of temperature-sensitive and critical materials.
-
Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all material transactions.
-
Update ERP/WMS systems with real-time data for receipts, issues, and movements.
Reporting & Coordination
-
Prepare daily operational reports, including productivity metrics and inventory updates.
-
Communicate with logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support operational needs.
Inventory Management & Compliance
-
Manage inventory for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods in accordance with GMP standards.

Perform and support cycle counts, reconciliation, and accuracy investigations.

Monitor stock levels, execute replenishment activities, and maintain organized storage areas.

Review lot information, labeling, expiration dating, and Certificates of Analysis (CoA).

Monitor temperature-controlled storage and respond to alarms or deviations.
Logistics & Distribution

Coordinate domestic and international shipments per IATA and 49 CFR DOT requirements.
- Pick, pack, label, and ship materials accurately for internal teams and external partners.

Prepare shipping documentation and collaborate with couriers and vendors for optimized logistics solutions
Equipment, Cleaning and Safety

Maintain clean and compliant warehouse work areas, following safety and housekeeping standards.

Inspect warehouse equipment (forklifts, scales, printers, scanners) and report issues promptly.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing or warehouse environment.
-
Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOP compliance, and documentation practices.
-
Proficiency in verifying material status (lot numbers, expiration, labeling, CoAs).

Ability to interpret temperature data and ensure traceability and audit readiness.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MES/WMS systems.

Knowledge of cycle counting, min/max inventory levels, MRP concepts, and cold-chain handling.

Understanding of domestic/international shipping regulations (IATA, 49 CFR DOT).

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

Ability to prepare operational reports and support daily production material readiness.

Ability to maintain inventory integrity and escalate issues appropriately.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED required.
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or warehouse operations.

Preferred: Certifications in GMP, GDP, inventory control, or regulated manufacturing.
