Summary
As a Personal Care Assistant at Blue Bird HomeCare, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients by providing essential support in their daily activities. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Administer basic first aid as needed and monitor patient health conditions.
- Support patients with mobility assistance and transportation to appointments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus.
