We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Investor Relations Specialist to support our private equity operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with investors and our internal operations team in a fast-growing, high-performance financial environment. Your focus will be on accuracy, professionalism, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

- Investor Support & Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, responding to inquiries, preparing communications, and ensuring a consistently professional experience.
- Document & Data Management
Manage sensitive financial documents and digital files with precision. Maintain accurate records in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
Perform high-accuracy data entry into internal systems, spreadsheets, and investor databases. Assist in preparing investor reports, statements, and supporting documentation.
- Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure all documents and communications meet compliance standards. Perform routine checks to confirm data accuracy, regulatory alignment, and adherence to internal policies.
- Coordination With Operations & Finance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital calls, distributions, onboarding, and other investor-related processes.
- File Preparation & Review
Use Excel and Adobe Acrobat to prepare, review, and organize financial packets, subscription documents, and investor correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience in healthcare, nursing, private equity, financial services, banking, or a similar regulated environment is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Data Entry, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, Excel (data entry, organization, formulas, sorting/filtering).
- Strong aptitude for learning new software platforms and financial portals.
- Attention to Detail
- Exceptional accuracy with numbers, documents, and data entry.
- Strong awareness of the importance of confidentiality and compliance.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving
- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and deploy structured methodologies for resolution.
- Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to convey information clearly and professionally to investors and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail
- Keen focus on maintaining data accuracy and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
