About the Position:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Delivery Crew Members to join our team for the upcoming event season.
No prior experience is required. We will train the right person!
This position involves delivering, setting up, and picking up party rental equipment for weddings, backyard parties, school events, festivals, and community gatherings throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
This is a hands-on position that involves physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that helps create successful events for our customers.
Reliability and a strong work ethic are more important to us than previous experience.
You will typically work as part of a 2–4 person crew, and some equipment requires all crew members to safely load, unload, and install it. Because of this, attendance and punctuality are critical to the success of our team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading rental equipment
- Delivering equipment to customer locations
- Assisting with setup and teardown of:
- Party tents
- Bounce houses
- Water slides
- Tables and chairs
- Dance floors
- Other rental equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Assisting with warehouse organization and cleanup
- Performing routine equipment inspections
- Following company procedures for safe installation and removal of equipment
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
What the Work Is Like:
This is a physical job that involves lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and setting up equipment.
Some days can be demanding and involve heavy lifting, while other portions of the day may involve significant travel time between jobs. During busy weeks, crews may travel hundreds of miles throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Employees are paid for all scheduled work time, including travel time between jobs.
No two weeks are exactly the same. Some days may be as short as 4–6 hours, while others may extend to 10–14 hours depending on the delivery schedule, weather, and workload.
When deliveries and installations are not scheduled, employees assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance, warehouse organization, and other operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 80+ lbs
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Weekend availability is required
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
Schedule Expectations:
This position follows a seasonal schedule that typically runs from April through mid-to-late October.
Because our business revolves around scheduled events, flexibility is required.
Typical work schedules often follow a Thursday through Monday workweek, with Tuesday and Wednesday serving as regular days off. However, schedules may vary based on customer needs, weather conditions, and event volume.
Friday availability is mandatory (rain or shine).
Most Sundays and Mondays are also required during the busy season, weather permitting.
Some Saturdays may be mandatory, while other Saturdays may be scheduled off depending on workload.
Occasionally, schedule adjustments may occur due to weather delays, customer scheduling changes, or additional bookings.
Applicants should be comfortable with a schedule that varies throughout the season and understand that flexibility is part of the position.
Pay & Advancement:
- Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
- Employees who consistently demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic will be eligible for a pay increase to $16.00 per hour after successfully completing their introductory training period
