What You'll DoProfessional Cleaning
- Perform residential cleaning services, with occasional commercial and move-out cleanings.
- Work alongside your team on daily cleaning assignments.
- Spend the majority of your day actively cleaning homes.
Quality Control
- Complete final inspections to ensure every home meets our quality standards.
- Touch up or re-clean areas when necessary.
- Provide positive, constructive feedback to team members.
Team Support
- Help train and mentor new employees.
- Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Professional residential cleaning experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple job sites throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license required.
Management experience is not required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed in this role.

- Location: Tulsa, OK (multiple job sites throughout the day)
