Salary: $80,000 annually
Be You ABA (Hi5 ABA) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with a requirement to be onsite in our Killeen, TX clinic once per month (travel expenses covered).

Clinical Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide ongoing supervision and oversight of ABA programs

Ensure services meet clinical quality standards and compliance requirements
Team Collaboration

Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff remotely

Collaborate with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teams

Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high clinical standards
Family Support

Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure effective treatment outcomes

Provide parent training and support

25 billable hours per week once full-time caseload is established

Active BCBA certification

Eligible for Texas BCBA licensure

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
