Duties
- Coordinate and schedule depositions by collaborating with attorneys, witnesses, clients, and experts to find mutually convenient times.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and the Spanish to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled depositions, including dates, times, locations, and participant details.
- Send timely reminders to all parties involved to ensure attendance and preparedness for upcoming depositions.
- Assist with preparing necessary documentation and materials for depositions to ensure all parties are well-informed and organized.
- Manage rescheduling requests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring minimal disruption to the legal process.
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks related to deposition coordination as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in scheduling depositions!!! A MUST
- Fluency in English and an additional language (e.g., Spanish) required; strong bilingual communication skills essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly yet assertive communication style.
- Familiarity with legal terminology or deposition procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in calendar management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
