Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Chino Hills, CA for an Entry-Level Mortgage Sales professional (Jr. Loan Officer path).
This role begins as a 1099, commission-only position, designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in mortgage lending and sales. You will work alongside experienced Loan Officers while developing your own pipeline and book of business.
True Prime Mortgage provides hands-on mentorship, real-world training, marketing support, and potential licensing sponsorship for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting loan officers in originating mortgage loans and gathering financial and credit documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Making outbound calls and conducting outreach to prospective borrowers
- Leveraging personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities
- Building relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry partners
- Learning loan structuring, guidelines, and the full mortgage process from application to closing
Qualifications
- Strong desire to build a career in sales, finance, or real estate
- Self-starter with high motivation, competitiveness, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Ability to generate business through outreach and networking
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Mortgage or real estate experience is a plus (not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus (not required)
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Commission-only (no base salary)
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Pay: $55,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
