Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and support our sales team. The ideal candidate is comfortable using prospecting tools such as HubSpot/Apollo, enjoys engaging with potential customers, and is willing to assist with light warehouse, shipping, and receiving duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Lead Generation
- Use HubSpot/Apollo and other prospecting tools to identify and research target accounts and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives or sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts.
- Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.
Qualifications
- Experience using HubSpot/Apollo or similar sales prospecting platforms preferred.
- 1+ years of SDR, inside sales, business development, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending prospecting emails.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to perform occasional physical tasks related to shipping and receiving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with distribution, manufacturing, or B2B sales environments.

Job Type: Full-Time / Monday-Friday 9 to 5

Pay and Compensation: $18 hourly + Bonus Structure
Reports To: Regional Manager or Director of Operations
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
