Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify tickets, orders, or receipts before handing out items
- Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions correctly
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Restock front counter items and supplies as needed
- Work with team members to support smooth daily operations
- Follow company procedures for food safety and cleanliness
- Help create a welcoming experience for every customer
Qualifications:
